Returns
Due to the limited nature of the original artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any purchase once the artwork has been shipped, except in the rare occasion that the artwork arrives damaged.
Cancellations
Please contact us within 3 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
Damages
Original artworks are insured and shipped with the utmost safety and security to ensure safe arrival.
In the rare occasion your order may have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery.
When contacting, please provide:
1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your confirmation email);
2. A photograph of the damages;
3. And a photograph of the interior and exterior of the package and delivery box.
